The subject of the reconstruction was the air distribution to the grates in all circulating ANs, including the installation of air flow measurement and flow regulation devices. Internal recirculation pumps in activation tanks between the nitrification and denitrification sections have been altered, resulting in creation of new pipe routes between the nitrification (oxic zone) and the recirculation zone, and in the installation of new propeller pumps.
